What is Choppers 101?

Choppers 101 is going to be a tech resource for the home builder. It isn't our intention to cover mechanical tasks, just the cutting, welding, and fabricating jobs. So if you want to know how to fit an open belt drive to a Harley, you're not going to find out here. On the other hand if you want to build your own guard for an open belt primary you might pick up a thing or two. Even better if you're planning on building a Jap chop in your shed, then this site is for you. But not for a while as the plan is to start with some frame How-to's and progress from there.

Here is our all new Rake and Trail Calculator. Give it a try and let us know what you think

For now, heres a selection of useful links for the home builder.
